One of the goals on my 101 in 1001 list was to write a letter to myself that was to be opened when I turn 25. I know I’m not the first to say this, but, man, am I glad to see February go. These last two weeks have been especially hard, but this week seems to going well – here’s to a marvelous and (hopefully) warm March! February has not left without leaving a few lessons behind. Here are the little things I’ve learned.
Are you getting tired of cooking with the same flavors over and over again? I get the same way sometimes. I’ve found that I don’t need to keep 50 different spices on hand to mix up the flavor profile of my food. Here are the spices (other then salt and pepper) that I keep on hand to give my taste buds variety.
If you remember reading my raving review about the Erin Condren Life Planner from last summer, then you know just how attached I become to paper planners.
